Our mission statement

The purpose of the group is to offer positive reinforcement to WOMEN.  The organizers seek to provide a safe place where women can express and address different issues and concerns that affect their lives.  We embrace the understanding that mature women thrive in a compassionate caring environment that helps us create meaningful living.  The group must be focused on and driven by the needs of the members.  It is critical that we practice anonymity, constructive criticism (when asked), good listening techniques and respect for multiple perspectives.  We value the important role of family, culture and community in each of our lives.  We embrace the richness of our individual Strengths and will use them to help each other as we move confidently into the future.

So embrace your sistah now and release what our Forefathers struggled and died for in order for us to grow and evolve as people.

To uplift and Inspire all those of whom we come into contact with. Teach the laws of common courtesy and respect of person.  To express gratitude for allowing our organization to empower you, so that the paradigm will shift and forces you to make a difference in the lives of others you encounter unselfishly without notice.
